      The worst place you can ever work at.

      Pros

      The only pro of working here was that it helped kickstart remote working for me.

      Cons

      1. No fixed payment. Treats humans like slaves. Used to work 12-13 hours a day to make 15USD per day on average. 2. No career path. Works on processes that have literally no meaning or impact on lives. Cannot even put them on my resume. Example: Uploading photos on a website. 3. High job insecurity. 4. Have to work on weekends to make enough for survival.

      - Creating a calendar invite is fast, just 15 seconds. - The invisible process includes putting it on the delegator, taking about two minutes. - An agent takes another 30 minutes when picking it up. - A 15-minute QA session is part of the process. - Overall, the entire process takes about an hour. - This long duration raises concerns about the efficiency of hiring virtual assistants. - Be cautious when using such services. - Informing the CEO about these issues might lead to immediate termination, so be mindful of expressing dissatisfaction.

      The company is a start-up and the short sighted vision completely reflects how 'young' they are. Maybe not the best place to work if you are looking at stability.
