Pros
The teamwork I've experienced working at Invoke is phenomenal. Everyone pulls their own weight, but we all pull together to hit deadlines, finish major projects, and make sure our clients are taken care of. I feel lucky to be working with such dedicated professionals.
Cons
It's a smaller company so sometimes you find yourself wearing many hats to get the job done, but it's not so small that you can't reach out for help.

Here's a company that had a unique offering that missed its chance to do some really interesting things in MR. Failing to invest in core assets and instead trying to become the next Salesforce.com was their biggest mistake.
Cons
Deaf and ethically irresponsible CEOs; poorly selected by the VCs who funded them for their experience outside the industry. How many times have we seen that fail?
