Pros
InvolveSoft has offered an extremely empowering platform to me, in terms of improving my leadership skills, I learned a deal in regards to maintaining excellent client relationships as well as professionally harmonizing with my peers, which consisted of a highly capable and efficient group of employees. Everyone at InvolvSoft is extremely passionate and dedicated to the vision of the company. The CEO, Gaurav Bhattacharya acts as a mentor to every employee working under him, my experience with him has been very humbling. He organizes weekly one-on-one sessions with each employee, ensuring their satisfaction regarding their career path and work experience. InvolveSoft harbors an extremely diverse set of employees, it was easy to fit in and work comfortably, making for an over enjoyable work experience.
Cons
There are 2 cons: 1. All the good free healthy lunches get taken during the first 5 minutes of them arriving at the office. :-) 2. Everyone uses up the coffee filters way too quickly.
