SMEs always struggle to match the pension benefits of much larger companies so have to compensate in other ways such as uncapped leave policies and looking after members of the Inzpire family at the times they need it the very most. Our plan for future growth should see us maintaining those important benefits whilst increasing our pension contributions to try to bring them in line with much larger companies.

Thank you for taking the time to write this. Our original investors have now had their majority shareholding bought by QinetiQ who have committed in a signed charter to allow Inzpire to operate independently whilst having the freedom to invest properly and proportionately in the business. The entrepreneurial spirit was never diminished, merely muted. Times have now changed for the better. Thank you once again.
