      Pros

      Great place to work. Awesome attitude and culture amongst employees. Management that cares and is fully accessible. Extremely well run. The company values its employees and that shows.

      Cons

      This is a tough one. If I had to list one, it would be that it is a start-up and so there can be growing pains at times. With that said, there is the opportunity with the growth to make things your own.

      - Lots of learning opportunities with solid-state battery technology - Independence to explore and grow - Big company-wide impact on a daily basis - Impressive talent pool

      - Poor communication from top-level management to lowest level - Below average pay compared to similar roles in the area - Lack of structure, expertise, and capital that inhibit project execution
