Pros
Is really interesting to be involved in International Development projects, financed by World Bank, IADB, ADB, USAID, among others. Learning from several field of knowledge such as Customs and trade, PPP, Aviation industry. Interacting with colleagues, consultants, partners and clients from all over the world.
Cons
Junior employees are expected to perform as seniors, with little or none training and minimum resources. Senior Management doesn't give proper support, leadership or coaching and employees must find their own way. The company is not willing to invest in employee professional development. Is very usual to work extra time (nights and weekends) with no remuneration for those extra hours. There is no policy or culture for work/life balance or employee's wellbeing at all.

Interesting projects, work is fully remote. Great colleagues, multicultural environment
Cons
There's no on boarding / off boarding. Long hours (nights, weekends) High turn over. No benefits (healrh insurance, retirement plan, etc) for overseas employees.
