Thank you very much for taking the time to write this. It is disappointing to read that you found no positive aspects during your experience working with us. In regards to the toilets provided, it is important to clarify that there is one set of toilets on each floor, each toilet room containing four booths. Blocking of the toilets can be caused by sanitary items thrown into the toilets, against the managements' advice and the company's internal policies. The management is not responsible for such malpractice, and blocked toilets are regularly fixed. In regards to the pension scheme, the foreign exchange market practice, in general, does not provide pension. This issue is not specific to our company and employees are aware of it prior to their decision to accept an employment offer in our company. Instead, we offer a salary above minimum wage, pay raise, career opportunities, and company discounts.
