There are no pros for this company

Cons

They will make you work like their slaves. Shifts are supposed to be for 10 hours(Already one hour extra), but they will make you work for 11-12 hours everyday without paying you any overtime. Salaries are never on time forget about the incentives. No professionalism, abusive supervisors and team leads.
