- Management here is alwasy busy in finding a reason to blam you. Couple of examples of how managers blam you everytime: - If you say that this task is very big we can not finish it then they will say how can you say without trying it. - If you try to streach your self 15 hours a day for a sprint and even work on weekends and even can not finish it then they will say you should notify about such situation at early. - if you leave on time even once in the week, get ready next day for half an hour lecture. - After listning all their blams once you will definatly question your self that are you really making so many mistakes or what. - There are people whom managers really like. They can come to office any time, they can go any time, they can do work from home, they can give nosence reasons for not working, they can watch movie in the office, and if luckly they feel to work then they can push to master any time without checking side effect of their code. In increments they are lucky onces. They are kind of adopted by managers. - Company politics is at highest level in this much peoples.

I am working here as programmer analyst since last 4 years. Things i loved about Ishi: Pros -Good place if you are looking to lay solid technical foundation of your career -Smart & passionate team members who are always ready to help you learn new things -You will always get first-hand use of most latest open-source technologies/frameworks -Decent compensation -Good infrastructure

The company is run by brainless family members. These members hold key positions in the organization driving to know where. If you want to ruin your professional life then you should join this organization. At any given time they will give you pink slip without any prior intention.

Totally Uneducated & Uncultured Local & USA management. The person who is calling him self a CFO has recruited his family members in Key position, and the worst is that they never know how to run office & office operation. Due to there worst management they closed there bangalore office and staff has not received there 3 months salary. Even ahmedabad office has also salary problem. Never trust on there recruitment team HR,Admin,Accounts team is totally disgusting... Big Zero transparency in work culture... THEY FORCED THERE EMPLOYEE TO WRITE POSITIVE REVIEW ON GLASS-DOOR SO BE CAREFUL...
