Isometrix are a globally connected business where we work with varying time zones and there are occasions where we need to work outside standard hours. It’s part of how we are able to offer our clients a seamless and consistent experience with multiple projects around the world. While we are a business that keeps our clients front-of-mind, we know our team are our greatest asset and are committed to encouraging a work/life balance, providing open platforms for feedback and addressing concerns. It is important that our people are encouraged to take back time where they can through time off in lieu and the additional flexibility of start and finish times with mutual adaptability of planning being key. We have year upon year increased flexible working and strive to create a diverse, respectful and flexible workplace where everyone feels valued. We’re disappointed to hear that your experience was inconsistent and not entirely a positive one. We were dismayed to read about your feelings regarding CEO, Management, Staff Welfare and Culture. What you described is not in line with our culture or the firm’s values.
