If you were 'illiterate', how did you join? If we had low salary, why did you join? If we had made you work like a 'cow', why did you work for so long? If you have worked for 1-2 years and you are having to write this, I doubt if u worked with us at all!!! Creating fake accounts and having a write up is so easy now a days. If u really feel adverse, have the courage of speaking it out across the table.

With due respect the management would really like to hear you out cause the company in no ways thinks that what you have written above is correct with respect to the facts. Only for anyone’s personal grudges over the management or any staff he or she has no right to defame the company. The company has always been an employee centered one and we believe in the welfare of our employees and we do that by making sure everyone here is satisfied with the work culture and is motivated and also learns while working. Please get in touch with the HR cause we believe in getting into the root of any problem, cause as a company we feel we are different in our approach of how we handle our employees, cause we believe they are not just employees they are family.
