      Pros

      Full job satisfaction with amazing perks & benefits. Everybody including senior management is supportive and continuously checks for their junior's job satisfaction and challenges.

      Cons

      Company Sales target is a point of concern due to multiple outside reasons. Hope it will reach to the deserving heights very soon.

      - Lots of learning. Technologies used in the product are exciting. Very good opportunities to learn and apply the learning in the projects. - Engineers frequently interact with field and customers. This gives us a real sense of how our work is being used and making a difference. - Enjoy working with co-workers. People trust each other and help each other. - During the corona virus lock down, management made sure that our safety is the priority. It made it easy for us to stay committed.

      There is nothing I can think of as the Cons of working at Ivanti.

      Management and ELT, communicates the plan and updates regularly with employees .

      Pros

      Good Product portfolio and building products in Zero Trust Access. After acquisition of Pulse Secure, Ivanti management is supporting the ongoing execution plan and no abrupt changes on execution front and ELT is making attempt to understand the people, process and company. EVP takes effort in reaching out to employee to share and learn.

      Cons

      Nothing so far, but still in early days of Ivanti.
