"No complaints"
RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Ivory Group full-time for more than a year
Pros
A good gig that paid well. Managers actually went out of their way to help you if you were struggling. Fun co-workers. Awesome culture. A good company to learn and grow.
Cons
I don’t have any complaints.
"Family friendly work environment"
RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Ivory Group full-time for more than a year
Pros
This company is as family friendly as it gets. Team building events help to strengthen the culture. Plus, it’s really fun to get to know your co-workers better. Trust me, you’ll start as strangers, but you’ll build powerful friendships given a few weeks working together. I left the company because it wasn’t the right fit for me, but at the end of the day Ivory Group is an amazing company that takes care of their employees. I couldn’t recommend it more for individuals looking for a family friendly environment. And of course, it’s essential that you’re a good fit for the culture or you’ll run into the same issues that I ran into.
Cons
Hitting consistent quotas as part of the sales team was a real struggle. I just couldn’t keep up with the demands of the job week after week. It was a real shame because I wanted to stick around longer, but I also didn’t want to slow anyone down.

Pros
Not the type of job that lets you skirt by doing the bare minimum. Must be willing to work to grow and thrive in your position. If you work your butt off don’t be surprised if you’re promoted fairly quickly. It’s a good system with lots of incentives.
Cons
Had a manager who liked to micromanage.

Pros
A highly diverse team that provides good training, recognition for hard work, and a willingness to point out weak points to help you grow into a stronger employee. The culture is very tight knit. You’ll find that not just anyone can waltz in and become “part of the family”. You need to be a hard worker and a team player who believes in the company mission. I’ve only been with Ivory Group for about a year now, but they’ve helped me both professional and personally. I look forward to a long and fruitful career with the Ivory Group team.
Cons
I have zero qualms. This is an amazing company across the board.
"Perfect for gaining sales experience"
RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Ivory Group full-time for more than a year
Pros
As a member of the Ivory Group family you’ll gain invaluable sales and HR experience in a corporate environment. Don’t worry, even if you start with limited experience, you’ll receive all the training you need to do well at your job. With the help of your manager and your team you should be able to get a handle on your work fairly quickly.
Cons
They can be a little strict regarding sick days.

Pros
A diverse workplace full of great people who make working at Ivory Group a pure joy. The company has a lot of good things going for it, but it’s the staff that truly makes it stand out from other work environments.
Cons
Some managers manage a bit ‘too’ closely. Consider giving your new hires a bit more breathing room.

Pros
Working for Ivory Group was an excellent career move on my part. Progressing through the company has been a smooth journey over the past 2 years. They provide you with all the tools, guidance and resources needed to succeed. Management also make themselves accessible should you ever need to reach out. The only thing holding you back from succeeding at Ivory Group is, well, you.
Cons
The work hours are inflexible.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Ivory Group full-time for more than a year
Pros
Team work plays a big role in your ability to succeed at Ivory Group. A lot of the work is collaborative, so being a team player is a must. Many of my co-workers were great people who looked out for one another. A great company overall.
Cons
The expectation is for everyone to be a high performer. Even when you’re at the top of your game this isn’t an easy goal to achieve and can often lead to stressful situations.

Pros
I have yet to meet an employee who didn’t want to be here. Sure, some days are harder than others, but that just comes with the territory. I recommend Ivory Group to individuals interested in building their skillset to become a more capable professional.
Cons
It’s very much a “work first” environment. It’s not easy to call off for any reason. Not impossible mind you, just not easy.

Pros
The company culture is amazing. The group is very tight-knit and most people make it a point to greet you with a smile every time you walk through the front door. Like some of my colleagues have stated in their reviews, it’s easy to build genuine friendships here. Most people here in fact go out of their way to spark up a conversation just to get to know you. I’ve never felt more accepted in a work environment.
Cons
Communication isn’t that great from management. Company wide decisions are often made and we would only learn about it after it has been initiated.
