loved helping all the customers and setting the store up! I made great relationships and really felt like I made a contribution

Pros

Great management, nice product, wonderful customers. J Jill is set up for team selling and providing a great customer focused environment. Management at all levels seem to be very caring and helpful and always want to know how they can support the stores.

Cons

Technology is really behind the times, shipping times are really long both for getting store product and to the customer (usually takes about 10 days)
