      Pros

      Very few companies care for their employees goodness and this company is one of them which I have seen in my career. Opportunities and training are being given for the employees career growth continuously which makes it special.

      Cons

      I don't see anything as cons but a small improvement can be done in planning which may bring big change and take the company to a big level

      Pros

      It is one of the good companies to work. I would like to recommend this company for great career ahead and learning process. Jai Infoway is medium size team working on fortune projects.

      Cons

      There was some issues, but that is not a big problem. HR is very co-operative and resolved issue.
