Pros

Some of the employees are pretty good.

Cons

A very tough environment created by the management from CEO on down. I saw some very rude emails and communication in general. There is a lack of understanding of technical processes by management. Off hours phone calls, misguided delegation and a general sense of "pass the buck" mentality.

Pros

You learn people overcharge for paper and appliances

Cons

Where to begin... for starters I applied for a marketing position but was pitched a series of lies. The owner, along with his son will come in and tell you they have a prospering business and there's a lot of room to grow. This statement is honestly laughable as they're extremely overpriced and literallly a "mom and pop shop." Afterwards, they'll tell you that you'll start off "learning the system", which is literally an application any person can learn within 5 minutes, and say that it's just for their "busy season." Once this season passes, they'll completely forget about what they promised, as it's easier to have someone do a simple task rather than hire a new person to take over your simplistic duties. When you ask about marketing they'll give you an excuse, which is a ploy to keep you where you are because they're too lazy to find someone to take over your responsibilities. In essence, the job is right clicking an order to shipped and filing and if you're lucky they'll let you print! Overall, this place is no where to start and will not give you any experience that will help you in the real world.
