Pros

Remote work from home, allows for flexible work/life balance.

Cons

98% of customers are unhappy which makes our customer service team's life a nightmare, terrible leadership team, they don't care about their employees, we are micromanaged.

Pros

I loved the work I was doing and the employees.

Cons

I was micro managed terribly. Upper management could careless about the loyal employees working for them. Worked more than 8 hours a day with no considerations to the fact their should have been life outside of Jasci. Work for over 2 years without a raise. Took 80 hours of vacation and ended up work 38 hours. No respect or appreciation was ever given.

Pros

This is a rapidly growing company with an innovative product and bright future. Co-workers are nice and friendly with a total focus on the success of the company.

Cons

Unforgiving, sink-or-swim work environment with poor work-life balance. Management expects everyone to be a top performer who can hit the ground running from day one. There is no time for new hires to ramp up due to the extremely fast pace.
