They hire felons and people trying to get their life back on track

This company is full of crap. They claim to give second chances and they claim to offer all of these great incentives for their employees, but it’s all BS…if they cared about their employees they would offer competitive wages. Sure. Free fruit and veggies from a garden is a nice plus, but it doesn’t help pay the bills. Any company within a 2 mile radius of JBM will hire felons at a wayyyyy more competitive wage. This company looks great from the outside, but is horrible on the inside.
