I’m not there anymore. Lack of direction from superiors and only criticism from main office. No one can read minds. No help from European company.

Cons

President is awful, he’s burning the company down. Big losses, no future.

Management is a huge issue, people in positions that don't have a clue what they are doing. micromanaging and unorganized.

If you like being yelled and cussed at and treated like a child this is for you.

Cons

Superintendents know everything about anything. Their personal opinions outweigh your experience. Upper management turns the other way while they lose great help and refuse to fix the underlying issue. Foreman arent held responsible for anything. They keep a job while the innocent hard workers get blamed and fired. Its a who kisses up to who popularity contest.
