The new owner Adam is very welcoming and has an open door. I’ve had such a great experience working with this company. Everyone is supportive, responsive, and truly cares about the work they do. Supportive team environment, strong leadership, and clear communication is so important. The company values employee contributions and encourages professional development. Work-life balance is respected, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills.

Cons

At times, workloads can get busy during peak periods, but the team is collaborative and helps each other manage.

Pros

New owner Adam, that’s amazing and Easy to work with and has improved the company a lot. Lots of growth opportunities. Provide you with vehicle , cell phone , gas card, Home Depot card, per diem, 401k matching and when work gets slow management always find a way to get you at least your 40 hours a week.

Cons

A few ungrateful employees that are annoying to work with.

Group of great team members to work alongside. The new owner has strong leadership, vision, and genuinely cares about employees. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, which creates a positive work environment. Happy to be a part of the JG Team.

Cons

Company is growing quickly which can occasionally create staffing challenges, but leadership is actively working to improve processes and support the team as the company expands.
