    Negative Outlook

I have been working at JM Financial full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Very relaxed work environment. Cammot think of anything more

    Cons

3 MONTHS NOTICE PERIOD IF YOU WANT TO QUIT ensures that it becomes difficult to find job elsewhere if you r a junior staff below “Associate” (Manager equivalent) post. Salary very low. And they will highlight all your even minor mistakes when appraisals are near so that they can ruin increments. Its been 6 years (3 years off-Payroll and 3 years on-payroll) but I am still on entry level salary. Seniors scam employees big time when it comes to salary and they are ever ready with their “market was bad” or some other excuse. I work for IPO funding where JM borrows funds from other sources as short term loan and then lends to clients at a higher interest rate plus processing fees etc (the extra interest margin and processing fee is the profit on which, among all factors, our increments and bonus depends). Now HIGH EARNING senior JM employees and management also make big applications in IPO with the same money AT ALMOST AT-COST INTEREST RATES AND NIL PROCESSING FEES thus shrinking profits and hitting increments and bonus of low rank employees while high income employees EARN EVEN MORE MONEY.
