Disorganized from the top down and poor overall planning throughout the company.
Pros
Friendly colleagues who are willing to help.
Cons
Management has significantly deteriorated, often appearing more focused on cost-cutting and finding reasons to lay off employees. Frequent reorganizations make it hard to complete tasks effectively. The company lacks a coding culture and proper policies. The office space is extremely small, barely accommodating six people, and management seems unwilling to provide basic necessities while working at office. My onboarding, handled by HR, was poorly organized, with no clear direction or vision. Communication within the HR team is chaotic, with constant confusion and blame-shifting. I even received my laptop late after joining. The HR lacks in HR regulations, not aware of insurance and corporate practices. It’s puzzling that JMA hired a HR from KFC and Pizza Hut , who struggles with basic clear communication. There are no fun activities, employee engagement or team-building events to foster a positive work environment making it hard to find long-term satisfaction.Corporate outings are either non-existent which affects morale and team bonding. There is minimal focus on employee recognition or creating a sense of community within the company. Management seems disinterested in improving the overall employee experience, with no effort to introduce activities that promote a healthy work-life balance.
