I won't gripe about the hours, because that's the case at any shop where the expectations are high. But it bears mentioning to anyone who's expecting to come in and coast on the name alone. For how relatively small the place is, communication should be much better.

I came here to write a fully transparent review in hopes of saving others from making the same mistake I did by signing on for 2 years. Johannes Leonardo is amazing at advertising themselves and has done a masterful job of maintaining a good reputation but in reality they operate and are the furthest thing from how they appear. Visit the office for yourself. The look, or lack of one, one everyones faces will confirm all the bad and truthful reviews on here. Speak the people who are working here. Ask them what their average day is like. Ask them the last time they didn’t work late or had a full weekend off. You’ll learn for yourself that everyone is miserable no matter the department …… because its a miserable place to work.
