The offered good hybrid working.

Cons

Poor onboarding in location, and no tailored onboarding for the role. Current staff somewhat resistant to the role. Role was also very sales focused, which felt misleading from the original job description. May have been a bad time to join, as it did feel like the company was in a period of transition.
