Pros
JPR has a work environment that fosters growth and understanding. I enjoy the guidance I receive from the upper management, while still giving me the autonomy to design my own work flow. The industry of automation and instrumentation is ever evolving and good for the individual who likes to be continually learning. Compensation and benefits are great and affordable.
Cons
Could work on having more work parties and get togethers.

Pros
Small company, yet very progressive and successful. Owners are very down to earth and right there in the trenches with the Sales Team. Staff is wonderful to work with, and it is a very positive, family-like atmosphere. The communication between teams and departments is excellent. They are continually growing and looking for new ways to succeed. I have worked there for almost 9 months and couldn't be happier.

I really can't think of any.
