For salary each month, you have to queue up to get your cheque and this is often done after office hours. Rightfully, salary provision is part of HR and should not be using employee's after hours. Salary was not given on time too, and sometimes people wait in vain when the management decides that it is times up to give out salary. There are some people in the company who are dependent on that monthly paycheck, yet the management chooses to give them out at their convenient time, showing that they only care about convenience to themselves, and zero to staff. No career progression at all. The company has a very twisted direction, there is only 1 decision maker in the company and everyone is made to listen to that 1 person, or be questioned everytime. Even if your explanation makes logical sense, it will be tossed aside.
