Pros
There are many parking spaces available at the office.
Cons
Too many to list. Top 5 1. Excessive verbal abuse from Corp. down to technicians. Really not necessary, only creates a destructive work environment. And it did just that. Good job. 2. You (as a PM) will be blamed for high profile jobs that have been in the red zone for months/years prior to you having anything to do with it. Generally a mess created by others left to rot away until clients are beyond angry. To fix it you will be handed a folder with old dated random documents. You will receive only bits and pieces of misinformation to work with, you will have an inventory system that really does not exist(carbon copy gibberish), and techs that have been treated poorly causing a very low morale. I will stop here. We had a vision to turn it around and it was working- techs loved us, clients were seeing a new light, but old ways caused that to topple. 3. Little to no continued training, no implementation of new ideas from us to make things better, more streamlined and efficient. ( I am available now if you want to use my consulting services to bring the company into the future- I can see its still needed) Hourly rates available. I have multiple location discounts too! 4. No teamwork, lots of slander and finger pointing, limited support, no computers that support work load, no useful office equipment, but there is lots of chaos if that is to your liking. 5. Damaging position to your reputation in the industry. "Guilty by association" ( proceed with caution) Trying to fix shattered glass that has been broken for decades, for the lowest cost and worst environment. Make sure to maintain your individual professionalism at all costs, even if it costs you the job (to all people .
