Learning experience - cold calling, lead generation, exposure to the conference and trainings industry in general, vibrant workforce easy to get along with
Cons
Uptight management who don't give a sales person the leverage and flexibility they need to close a deal. High pressure to make almost impossible targets. internal management politics which affect the working of the office as well as the productivity of the staff
