      Pros

      Great place to work - Positive culture. One of the things I enjoy about working here is that we collaborate on projects in order to best serve our clients. It's very entrepreneurial, and if you're willing to work hard, it can be incredibly rewarding.

      Cons

      The recruiting industry can be a grind, and as long as you're doing well, the structure we work under is great. However, it's an environment of eating what you kill, so you have to stay with it.

      Total Freedom if you're accomplishing your goals. Opportunity to work in a number of different industries at different levels. Great compensation structure and plan. A lot of support from Management.

      Cons

      Not the most structured environment - Can be hard to handle everything when you get busy.
