Pros

I dont see any Pros apart from that there are few good people in this company

Cons

The CMD has no vision where he wants to take this company. He feels hiring people means growing. He can fire anybody I MEAN A N Y B O D Y WITHOUT ANY REASON. Just like that. You are been called in his cabin and told to leave. That is it.........no reasons given. This is highly unorganized organization and anybody who trys to organize things that would not happen. Because the CMD has his own way of working and if anybody tries to changes it he feels offended and boy are fired.People there are so full of IGO and uncooperation that no good person would be able to survive there. They come with small mind and small vision. Nobody has a dream to grow big. Everybody is a boss there. Especially the people who are there for few years. They are like supreme GODS of Jaipur Rugs. You have to get CMD's approval for even of the smallest of the things. You cant just take a decision on your own. no matter how many years of experience you carry. No matter how great education background you have. You wont be listened. The CMD tells everybody to unlearn themselves to understand his company. But he is so full of his past experience that he does not let himself to know the other person. It feels he is always in a hurry to fire somebody. Other company's CMDs have target to grow their organization from one stage to other. It seems this CMD has target to fire certain people every year The sole purpose of this company is to DESTROY PEOPLE's CAREER. They brand themselves by the name JAIPUR. Jaipur is a name of city in Rajasthan, A city of joy, love, culture, respect, and they bring disgrace to it by using its name

Pros

None at all aprt from the city it is located in

Cons

I am writing this review again because of the fake reviews that the employees have posted and cannot find any problem with the company apart from a "working saturday". This company is strictly for a hardcore carpet person. If you do not belong to this line, pl avoid at all costs. The new employees are sized up for a few day and then are thrown out without any reason. You must be seeing > 40 reviews posted online for this company which does a business of around 100 crores in India--whereas most companies who have a business of > 500 crores do not have 10 reviews even. This is only because the ex and existing employees are not taken care of. PL avoid at all costs. Do not go by the looks.

Pros

Food is available inside the office.

Cons

Career spoiling organisation. The CMD is a psychic patient having the syndromes of Narcissus Personality Disorder. When they hire you, they will tell you all possible lies and enjoy with sadistic pleasure by firing you for absolutely no reason. The company does social fraud by establishing personal relationship with women weavers through the so called heart to heart relationship and reduce their bargaining power. Hence they can not complain when they get meager payment. The product is sold 11 X and the company plays with emotion of poor people. They have just 2 -3 villages near jaipur where they have trained few women to act before the customers of a big business model. This is all fake. They believe in slavery and child labour. Almost sixty percent weavers in Gaya and Mirzapur who work for them are children who does this for the sake of money and at the cost of their studies. The mad CMD has kept couple of slaves who move around in different countries and mislead customers , academicians and researchers about the fake model and mislead them. This is the worst place to work. They will kill your career and enjoy it. God will punish them one day.
