Cons

If you can't deal with boss' tantrum and yelling to you with bad words, this is not your place. Business handle by siblings and family members and none of them can be considerate human being. Bonus/salary paid based on favoritism. Not a good place to work.

Having a bipolar boss temper and tantrum are more than common and there is no bonus unless you are in finance department if you are lucky
