I have been working at JatApp for a little over 1.5 years and this has been my best experience so far. First of all, I am totally in love with the team, because it promotes productivity and self-development with its warm and friendly atmosphere. All colleagues are talented and professional people who are always ready to support and help you and each other. For me, it is an incredibly valuable environment for development and growth, which inspires every day. It was thanks to JatApp that I found myself and grew as a professional. There are plenty of opportunities to develop and improve my skills, as I can regularly receive feedback from my colleagues, as well as mentoring, support and inspiration, which helps me to constantly improve myself, both professionally and personally. In addition, I like the social package provided by the company: it is quite wide (compensation of various benefits, learning English, good health insurance). It feels like the company really cares about the well-being of it's employees. It helps create harmony between work and personal life, which is a very important aspect for me. Working at JatApp is my first serious job. I came to the company with minimal experience, and mentoring and support were very valuable to me. Over the two years of my work in the company, I have seen many positive changes in policies, approaches to work, and management. The company provides benefits such as a gym, English courses, insurance, compensation for professional development courses, and more. Paid vacation and unlimited sick leave are also important for me. During the war, many companies abandoned these benefits and public holidays. However, our company consistently provides them. When the full-scale invasion in Ukraine began, the company offered relocation options to safe places. I like that the company gives gifts for birthdays, work anniversaries, and other holidays. It's always a pleasant bonus, and the gifts are really useful. I also want to highlight the opportunity for career growth within the company. In recent years, I have witnessed cases where people moved to higher positions. I don't even have to look far - I also moved to a new position, which brings me a lot of inspiration. However, the most important value for me at JatApp is people. Open, talented, and friendly people work here. These people create great products and build this company. If in the future, I decide to change companies, I will definitely miss these people!
