      Pros

      1. They offer good salary just to lure you so can't say no and join their organisation 2. At the time of joining they will say you will get H1B visa ,so that you can trust them and join the company 3. HR will directly call you and tell that they don't have projects so you have to search some other job .

      - You can gain knowledge over the period at the cost of mental peace (not really any pros)

      - Worst management - Threatening employees saying we'll fire you if you communicate your concerns - No smooth relieving - Bad leadership - Low Salary for the skills - People pleasers will survive - People referred by important positions in the organisation will survive
