You would not find a single Pros to stick to this company. They are living on the legacy of the German Company and the Quality products they offer.
Cons
1. Management is arrogant and is worst that doesn't have a clue about business. Neither employee friendly nor customer friendly. They only know to cheat their own employees, the customers by making tall promises. 2. Employees don't have formal training and hence they are clueless to service the customer. The best part is the management doesn't care because the customer is trapped to use their products/services. 3. The management always trying to swindle the money every chance they get exploiting the resources available. 4. They give a different picture altogether to their headquarters. 5. The sales team doesn't trust a fellow colleague and the customer. They mostly get orders from the MNCs that make purchase decisions abroad. Their new domestic customer addition is negligible. 6. Their benefits (Travel, leaves, and others) are pathetic and changes as per the whims of the management. 7. While employees work on weekdays/ weekends, the management enjoys their time back home dumping more and more work for the coming week. 8. No clear company policy and can be used against you any time if you ask for the benefits. 9. Since you signed the offer letter you are treated as a bonded labor. 10. The management doesn't have the guts to kick-out useless employees as they themselves are useless. They clearly know this. In the process, all of them are rewarded. 11. The attrition rate is closely 30% Year on year as none of the new joinee stick to the company once they know the ground truth. 12. Don't go by their international webiste, the technologies they are working on. Ultimately you have to join the Indian Subsidiary that is not going anywhere and will not go anywhere.
