      life lessons for identifying and avoiding narcissists

      Sasha Jensen is an emotionally abusive narcissist who has burned through dozens of young, intelligent, and driven female employees with zero regard. all of her major clients have left and its shocking the company is still afloat. every positive review is fake from one of the two or three employees she has groomed and overpaid. listen to the warnings, for any role you may be approached with. the 3rd party search firm they use for her churn and burn hiring strategy should be ashamed of themselves for continuing to partner with her. AVOID!

      100% paid health insurance - This will make the co-pay for the therapy you will need easier to digest.

      Cons

      The CEO is charming, attractive and well spoken (they also use those words to describe narcissist). Surely this is a great place to work. WRONG! The CEO is quite frankly one of the worst people I have ever worked for in my entire life. Most of the employees are wonderful, but everyone is living in fear which makes it incredibly toxic. Employees are hired and fired like nothing I have ever seen before. Chances are if you are brought on, you won't make it past the 90-day mark. My advice to you, if you get sent a job at Jensen Partners from them directly or a recruiter, RUN. Run as fast as you can. No amount of money or remote work is worth the torture this place will put you through. They also have a second Glassdoor for “Context Jensen Partners” so make sure to review that one as well before deciding to work here.
