No pros at all. Fake company . Stop to spoil people future.
Cons
- Company focuses on playing politics with employees rather than focussing on work. - Worst person in organization is CTO. Such person should be shown the door. - Managers are incapable and not technically sound. Managers along with CTO play politics. - Employees are fired in a day. No job security. - Around 45% salary is deducted. - No projects at all. - If you are good at nothing join this company. Don't expect any learning from here. - Appraisal is very very less and many employees are fired at the time of Appraisal. - Every day you are forced to work till late and also on Saturday's.
