      Pros

      I've been a round the block a few times, and I can tell you this place is a gem. The team are very supportive and helpful of each other and they are very welcoming from day one. I am new to the company but have really enjoyed my time so far. There is no toxicity that I have come across yet and the owners/CEO are quite open and responsive to all staff. The company itself is growing exceptionally fast - it has a very bright future.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn and you hit the ground running, but it's a positive environment and that makes all the difference.

      Pros

      At any company, it's your co-workers that can make or break the work experience and Jetstream is no exception. The folks that work here are the happiest, most passionate, capable, hard-working and non-toxic bunch that I've ever come across at a company. I can say without hyperbole that starting each new day is a delight and when work is this much fun, it rarely feels like work.

      Cons

      Working 100% remote is a little tough. Sometimes, you really yearn to stand around a physical whiteboard.

      Pros

      The people I was working with were really great but sadly the company has to cut cost due to effects on the business from COVID and I was laid off

      Cons

      Tech stack is quite broad and involves some vb code
