Not a great place for a salesperson to succeed

Knowledgeable and supportive technical & pre-sales people Good relationships with vendors

Cons

Constant changes don't help sales achieve unrealistic targets. Staff turnover is very high and they continue to cut people's jobs,departments and commission plans.

The base salary is good

Cons

Very high staff turnover combined with persistent structural changes and account reallocations make this a really difficult place to work. There's also no social culture and no investment into individual careers and progression. A lot of people have been losing their jobs recently.
