1. Long working Hrs. 12 Hrs compulsory. (14 Hrs if required) 2. Low pay scale. (GET is paid only Rs 9000/-). 3. The location is very much isolated from the entire country. (For those not having any vehicle, you'll have to wait for 30 Mins to get any means of transport to travel a mere 5 kms.). 4. Hideous working environment. 5. No scope for any career development. 6. If you are an engineer you'll get a max. annual increment of 1500/-
