The recruitment market is very tough.

To say the leadership is lacking would be a vast understatement. The CEO should not be managing a food truck, much less a company that has now dwindled to just dozens of employees. The leadership demonstrates neither vision nor integrity, evidenced by reports by many that HR and employees are asked to post fabricated glassdoor reviews. Whenever the ceo posts on LinkedIn, he circulates it across slack demanding likes and shares from the staff, which is both unprofessional and concerning. Numerous employees have reported anger issues, and while I have not personally witnessed those, I have observed many other troubling behaviors. Unfortunately, this company is heading downhill rapidly, and unless there is a drastic change in leadership, its decline will only accelerate
