Pros
Wonderful office location next to South Park in Soma. Laid-back atmosphere with very smart / cool people. Culturally inclusive, everyone gets along and hangs out. I've been able to work rather independently and learn a lot.
Cons
Things can move slow and we are understaffed, but we are growing rapidly.

- Small, tight knit team even after they were acquired by Monster - Working on interesting problems making recruitment mobile - Lots of opportunities for professional growth - Fun team activities every month and everyone is easy to get along with - Great compensation - Flexible work hours + vacation time
Cons
- Not enough time in the day to fully appreciate working at Jobr
