Initially I have no intention to leave my review on the Glassdoor . But the bosses couldn’t help their insecurities and accused me that I’m the one who did the past bad review. I got this information from their own current employee. So here I’m presenting my actual review. If you are capable person, stay away from this company. However if you are someone who likes to obey your master, go ahead, this place is for you and they will treat u nicely like a pet. Beware on your personal stuff, the male boss likes to CHECK on everything (emails, whatsapp, linkedin etc). He has mental issue for sure. Don’t ever use company wifi/ facilities to check ur personal stuff. Good Luck

-Full of politics, management treat employees like primary students, micro-manage from online conversations to phone. -Not uncommon to see new hires came and left within a month, sometimes within a week -Pay cut if you don't hit your KPIs -The type of company that gives a bad name to recruitment industry

1. Speedy response from agent - Von 2. Responsible agent who keep a lookout for you (e.g. reminder to submit timesheet and other benefits for you) 3. Salary are credited on time

Cons

Nothing much since my agent has informed me about the job scope and only proceed with the contract if I am comfortable with it!
