Store manager rude, upper managers rude, Dealing with some disrespectful customers

The manager , the pressure to be perfect while the manager sits around , and depending on your location crazy customers.

Managers were really biased on who did what, and always looking for issues

The store is always packed with rude customers, so you must have a strong attitude to not let the rude people get to you. Work long hours sometimes daily to the point like I feel like I live in the store Not enough staff during to keep up with the demands of people during the holidays!

Lack of hours manager don’t like employees ideas and no good communication

Standing for long periods of time. Getting a bad service manager. Hours go up or down (usually down) frequently. But it's a good job if you get hours. Part time doesn't really get any benefits.

Mostly no one except a couple completed their duties so you have to stay over and complete their work because were a "team" .low staff, horrible and inexperience team leads at the time I work there. constantly begged to be scheduled less days because I have school the morning afterwards but since we were low on staff, I'm on the schedule full time (i'm part time ) so if I didn't show up I received points towards termination.
