Pros

1. Bosses are good and co-operative. 2. As far as learning is concerned, consider this company a university nothing more than that.

Cons

1. Salary is way too less compared to companies in competition. 2. Commissioning is a field where you stay away from your families for like days, weeks or even months at a stretch but this company doesn't consider those hardships at all, for Indian sites you get a meagre 300₹ & international site 25$ a day. 3. when on site you may have to work even on Saturdays & Sundays and you don't even get compensated for that as well. 4. Earlier there were weekly off on Sundays & 1st & 3rd saturdays but now they have done it for all Saturdays & Sundays, but as a trade they have increased working hours to 9.5 hours a day = 47.5 hrs a week whereas same company in Europe has only 40 hours work week. Isn't this discrimination on the company's part?
