Pros

If you like to be micromanaged this job is for you. If you don’t ever want to to grow within a company….again this job is for you!

Cons

I want to start off saying, when I first started I was treated like I couldn’t be trusted. A coworker who had been there for 2 years stated “He’s like that with everyone who is new, he just doesn’t trust you yet.” So if He didn’t trust me, why hire me? Secondly, 17/hr for the first 90 days and then 18.50/hourly after 90 days….and bachelors degree requirement is mind blowing! Commission is set up where it is nearly impossible to make and once you do, you will only be making 3% of the actual statement you are given. High turn over rate which could be do to the manager being a homophobic, talking about politics during meetings (MAGA) , and just being extremely unfriendly. Also if you don’t answer an email of his in .5 seconds, he will walk over to your desk and stare you down.

Pros

Overall decent people. Have some good people but very little motivation.

Cons

Chicago manager is a typical son of a founder. Does not work hard, arrives and leaves late and early, expects to be respected without showing any and will fail the office. Poor benefits.
