Pros

Was able to increase my take home pay through bonuses. Was also able to get experience that led to an even senior position than I thought possible at my age.

Cons

The time I was there a few of the field staff had been taking advantage of their position which led to losses. Being spread out means you have to trust your co-workers. This had been addressed by time I left in mid 2024 and the tech used by the co proved to be invaluable
