Pros
Work is generally easy. Daily household cleaning and upkeep. Give clients meds at respective times and keep clients happy or at least calm.
Cons
Some clients require bathing and diaper changing. They don't train you how to change diapers. Some clients don't wipe and they refuse too. The company doest offer any protective body ware when it comes to bathing. They just give you gloves. Depending on the home you are in, you may come home smelling like urine and poop. So I advise buying an isolation gown when you are cleaning them. And a change of clothes for your car so the seats don't smell.
