Pros

Though I am giving this company one-star rating, but please consider it as (-) 5 stars rating 1) If you are an open minded, yes boss attitude kind of girl, only then apply for this job. 2) If you have a self-respect to say no to the loose talk of the CEO and hold the capacity to say him not to call at odd times of night, then Jsimple is certainly not for you. You will end up having issues with him withing two weeks of a job.

Cons

1) Developers are mostly boys from not very high-end colleges. They are intentionally picked from small regions so that they could be burdened, humiliated and pushed to work without any question and argument. 2) Jag is a hunter, he keeps an eye on girls on LinkedIn and offers them jobs directly. He is very clear in knowing they type of his prey: beautiful, single, independent and passionate about the career. He builds castles in the air while meeting them for the first time. All promised to shift the candidate to US are crap. Only those girls are called or actually visit US who are willing to compromise ethically with JAG. 3) All managerial posts are blocked for females and Jag keeps on calling the female managers without any issue. He can not live without speaking, and has habit of discussing personal matters of females in official meetings. 4) Code and business logics of the projects that Jsimple is working on it horrible. They have very few clients, and EVERY client is unhappy with them 5) Company is poor in coding, business logic, character and has RATS

It is disheartening to see such defamatory reviews by former employees who we took care of like family. Our company thrives on excellence in performance and if we do not get it then we have to take the decision to let go of such employees. But these kind of reactions are highly unprofessional and justifies the decision taken by the management.

Pros

You can get high salary for short term. You can get good infrastructure inside company like a big organisation.

Cons

Mgmt makes huge pressure on employee. There is no job security . There is no large project . Developer length is approx 10(ten) . Every 6 month , It replaces approx all employee . Friend don't choose j simple.

Hell is the word

Pros

If you're a girl who can spend nights on call with the CEO (talking nothing related to work) this is the perfect place.

Cons

I still regret that I dropped a better offer and joined this company fooled by their vision and the so called innovation they use to fool their customers. I read an old 2016 review titled "If you wonder hell exists, visit Jsimple.", assuming that someone had just vented it out, probably one of my worst calls ever. I'm just adding more to that review which perfectly describes the company. 1. Yes it's a hire fire company, if you don't catch and maintain the attention of the CEO or if your views don't match with one of his closed ones, you'd be fired without notice. 2. You'd never get salary on time, moreover some people I know haven't got salary since February '20 and it's June already. 3. About the product, none of the customers are happy, they lie blatantly in their presentations, never deliver on time and the company is in a pretty bad shape financially. 4. If you see the hiring pattern, it only hires good looking girls and there's a reason for it, the CEO likes to call them any time of the day and wants them to stay on call for hours (again not a hint of it is related to work, though you'd see them stating that you might have to do late night calls since the CEO works from the US, it's all utter BS). Those you can do that without any objection, congrats you'll get above all too soon. If you have problems, find another job. 5. Lastly, don't go by the generic non-explanatory reviews. The employees are made to do this and update the LinkedIn profile as soon as they join and the CEO would keep stalking your public profiles. The reason I have put in writing such a lengthy review is to make you understand that if the only Pro I've mentioned in this review isn't applicable to you, you might suffer and regret later. It is way better to stay jobless and find a better one instead than rushing into the "Hell". But otherwise it's a good company.😛 Just kidding!! "Hell is the word"
