      Pros

      As far as my short-term experience in this organzation is concerned, I can say it without any doubt that the senior staff here are very supportive and always willing to help for the new comers or inexperienced individuals. One can easily share his concerns with executive members whether its personal or work-related. Apart from work, there are many healthy entertainment and recreational events which create a refreshing ambience.

      Cons

      The only thing that bothered me was that there are very limited learning opportunities. The work there (I speak only for JACO) is pretty usual and it can get boring for some people.
