      - Knowledgeable group of employees - Modern offices - Good pay and benefits package - Very good work life balance - High performing team of leaders, fund managers and sales staff who are growing the business

      Cons

      - Lacks a company culture/set of values - Sometimes ineffective processes requiring great deal of administration - Systems need more modernisation - More collaboration and communication required to avoid working in silos

      Pros

      Used to have an amazing culture, supportive and collegiate. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      New senior management is only interested in making money. Hiring people who don’t have asset management experience. Culture is ruined. Merian acquisition feels like a takeover. New CRO shouts at people and treats them terribly. Jupiter is no longer what it was.
